What are Accessible Mixed Yoga classes?
This means that you can be in a chair, wheelchair, or on mat for the class. Erin will be demonstrating chair poses and cueing for those who are on a mat.
What is a live, online class like?
You join the class Zoom link that is sent via email. Focus mode will be enabled, so you won't be able to see other attendees. All participants are muted as well. Recordings of classes will only be of the teacher.
Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?
No, yoga is about meeting your body and mind where it's at in the present moment.
What items will I need when attending a live online class?
A yoga mat, rug or towel. Props such as blocks (or heavy books), a strap (or robe belt), bolster/pillows and blankets are recommended for modifications.
How do I get into the live zoom class?
Download Zoom via https://zoom.us/download or on your app store. Register for the classes you wish to attend. You will be sent an email with the Zoom link and information for the live class when you register and another email and/or text will be sent 15 minutes before the class starts.
Please reach out if you're having issues.
