Erin (she/her) is a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) and licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) based in Western New York.
After a life-changing accident in her 20s resulted in a left above-knee amputation, yoga became an essential part of her healing—supporting strength, presence, and self-compassion.
She created Accessible Flow Yoga to offer inclusive, trauma-informed spaces where people of all abilities and experiences can practice in ways that honor their unique bodies.
