Erin (she/her) is a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) and mental health counselor (MHC-LP) based in WNY. She began practicing yoga in 2004 as a gentle way to connect with her body and breath.
After a life-changing accident in her 20s left her a left above-knee amputee, yoga became an essential part of her healing—helping her rebuild strength, presence, and self-compassion.
She founded Accessible Flow Yoga to create inclusive, trauma-informed spaces where people of all abilities, sizes, and experiences can practice yoga in a way that honors their unique bodies. Her teaching emphasizes accessibility, mindfulness, and the belief that yoga should meet each person exactly where they are.
