🌅 Morning Meditation

Start your day with breath, clarity, and calm.

🕢 When: Monday–Friday at 7:30 AM ET
📌 Note: Beginning September 8th, the time will shift to 9:00 AM ET

Join Erin for a short, guided meditation to begin your morning with presence and intention. Each session offers a slightly different style, depending on the day and group energy. You may be guided through:

  • 🌀 Breath awareness + calming breathwork
  • 🌿 Grounding visualizations
  • ✨ Simple mindfulness practices
  • 🌊 Body scans for relaxation
  • 🕊️ Silent sitting with gentle guidance

No experience is needed—just a quiet space and an open heart. You’re welcome to sit on a cushion, lay down, or even walk mindfully—whatever feels best for you. Each meditation lasts up to 20 minutes. Stay for the full time, or quietly exit whenever you need. Please note all meditations follow yoga classes, so if you log on early you may see the class ending. Let’s meet the day from a place of stillness and intention. 💛
