Style: Gentle Floor/Bed Yoga
A grounding, nervous-system-friendly class designed to help you shift out of “go mode” and into a calmer pace. We’ll explore slow, floor-based movement, gentle twists, and breath awareness to release tension and support emotional regulation as the season changes.
This class is accessible, invitational, and does not require flexibility, strength, or prior yoga experience. Movements stay close to the ground and can be adapted for low-energy days or limited mobility.
Supportive for:
• Stress, fatigue, burnout, anxiety
• People who prefer slow, steady movement
• Nervous system down-regulation and emotional grounding
• Anyone needing a mid-day reset without pushing the body
Props: blankets or pillow recommended, optional blocks
Payment: Pay-what-you-can

Erin (she/her) is a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) and mental health counselor (MHC-LP) based in WNY. She began practicing yoga in 2004 as a gentle way to connect with her body and breath. After a life-changing accident in her 20s left her a left above-knee amputee, yoga became an essential part of her healing—helping her rebuild strength, presence, and self-compassion. She founded Accessible Flow Yoga to create inclusive, trauma-informed spaces where people of all abilities, sizes, and experiences can practice yoga in a way that honors their unique bodies. Her teaching emphasizes accessibility, mindfulness, and the belief that yoga should meet each person exactly where they are.
