Important Update

Due to a medical concern, all yoga classes and registrations are temporarily paused at this time while Erin focuses on rest and recovery.

This decision was made with great care and with the intention of returning safely and sustainably once medically cleared by her doctor.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support of Accessible Flow Yoga. Updates will be shared here when classes are able to resume.

With gratitude,
Erin
