Join us for a 30 minute gentle, supportive chair yoga practice designed for every body and ability level. Using a sturdy chair for seated and standing poses, you’ll explore mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques that enhance flexibility, balance, and strength—all without needing to get down on the floor.
This class is ideal for beginners, those with limited mobility, or anyone who prefers the stability and comfort of a chair. Movements can be adapted to meet your individual needs, making it a safe and welcoming space for all.
All Accessible Flow Yoga classes are hosted live on Zoom. Once you register through our site, you’ll receive an email from OfferingTree with your unique Zoom link.

Life happens—parenthood, illness, chronic conditions, or unexpected events may sometimes cause last-minute cancellations. If that happens, I’ll notify you right away by email.
Erin (she/her) is a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) and mental health counselor (MHC-LP) based in WNY. She began practicing yoga in 2004 as a gentle way to connect with her body and breath.
After a life-changing accident in her 20s left her a left above-knee amputee, yoga became an essential part of her healing—helping her rebuild strength, presence, and self-compassion.
She founded Accessible Flow Yoga to create inclusive, trauma-informed spaces where people of all abilities, sizes, and experiences can practice yoga in a way that honors their unique bodies. Her teaching emphasizes accessibility, mindfulness, and the belief that yoga should meet each person exactly where they are.
